Get Connected with
Rutherford Independent Networking Group
There’s no question that networking is a fundamental skill required for succeeding in today’s business setting. There are many forms of networking including social media and the good old fashioned face-to-face variety. Each type has its own benefits, but in-person networking can be especially helpful because it allows you to build relationships with colleagues as well as potential clients and customers.
Connections
Building Relationships
RING is a great place to build lasting relationships with fellow Rutherford County business professionals. We really wanted to create a space where people could learn about each other’s businesses and help each other succeed.
Community
Sharing Knowledge
RING places an emphasis on education and hopes not only to help members grow their business, but also to gain knowledge that will help them grow as individuals. With that in mind, time has been built in every month for a member to provide an educational piece for the group. Previous topics have included building a networking stack for conversations at events, tips on expanding your business using LinkedIn, and even info about how to succeed at the dreaded cold call.
Come and visit us!
We meet at 8:00 a.m. every Tuesday at Stones River Church of Christ in Murfreesboro 1607 Hamilton Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.
Each week members get to spend one minute talking about something specific they are looking for to help them grow their business.
RING encourages all local business people to become members, though seating is limited to one person per profession. RING is currently accepting new members.
Applications for membership are accepted after attending two meetings. A $35.00 Application Fee is required. If accepted, membership dues are $35.00 per calendar quarter, due by the end of the first month of the quarter.
Help us build a better future
Causes We Support
Each quarter of the year, RING chooses a cause to support. Not only are we about relationships, we are about helping others. Causes we regularly support include the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Habitat for Humanity, and many more.
Walk To End Alzheimer's
Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease!
